I got into fashion when I was 17 with no experience or background, just pure curiosity. I started experimenting with my own style, learning about silhouettes, textures, colors, and what felt right. Over time I developed a personal taste that leans toward wide fits, structure, and pieces that speak without being loud. Fashion to me is expression, a way to communicate who I am without saying a word. At Thunderbird I founded and led the Fashion Club for over a year, turning an idea into one of the most creative spaces on campus. Every project here is a mix of concept, styling, casting, and visual storytelling. They are not just events or shoots, they are moments that carried an energy and a story.

The Americas - Fashion Magazine

Shot entirely on 35mm Portra 400 film, this magazine was inspired by Thunderbird’s Regional Night, a campus tradition that celebrates a different region every semester. The theme for this issue was The Americas and I led the creative direction from concept to styling to casting. Every spread was styled with intention, drawing from the culture, color palettes, and energy of the region. The process was hands on, with a focus on authenticity and visual storytelling, making it feel more like a professional editorial than a student project.

The Americas Regional Night Fashion Show

Also tied to Regional Night, the fashion show carried the same theme as the magazine. We worked with over 20 models and presented to an audience of more than 300 people. I handled the concept, the mood, the styling, and the runway flow, ensuring every look told its own story while staying connected to the larger theme. It was more than clothes on a runway, it was about translating the diversity and rhythm of The Americas into a living, moving visual narrative.

Rock & Roll Lookbook Photoshoot

In collaboration with the Food Club for their pub night, we created a rock and roll inspired lookbook to showcase the event’s dress code. The shoot took on a black and white grunge aesthetic, mixing texture, attitude, and mood into each frame. It was one of our first experiments with themed styling and layout, blending fashion direction with event branding in a way that felt raw and deliberate.

MENA Regional Night Fashion Show

One of our earliest projects as the Fashion Club, the MENA themed show celebrated Middle Eastern and North African aesthetics. Despite having a very limited preparation window, we styled 22 models and brought the concept to life on stage. It was a lesson in creativity under pressure, pulling together looks, accessories, and styling details in record time without losing the vision.

Behind the Scenes - The Americas Magazine

Some of my favorite moments came during the making of the magazine itself. The behind the scenes images capture the energy on set, the collaborative atmosphere, and the little details that never make it to the final pages but are part of the story. It is the candid side of the creative process, where the magic is still in motion.
